Description
The Italian porcelain factory of Capodimonte of Naples was transferred to Buen Retiro in 1759 when Charles VII of Naples became Charles III of Spain. This pair of Verrieries has the Capodimonte mark of a fleur-de-lis since the new factory in Buen Retiro continued to use this mark for its products.
